我是16年住过一次，对朗庭念念不忘这次来海口又定了一晚，结果用户体验极差由于疫情不开空调，导致房间最少30度以上，躺在床上一头的汗，送过来的空调扇真的一点用都没有。[客服回复:很抱歉对您造民不便，疫情期间，关闭酒店中央空调是相关管理部门的规定，同时也是为了旅客身体安全着想。希望您谅解。]
